Refund Policy

At Raw Canvas Pictures, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative and production services. Due to the nature of our work—which involves significant planning, coordination, and creative input—our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Booking & Advance Payments

All bookings require an advance payment to confirm dates and initiate pre-production or planning. This advance is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers time, consultation, and resource allocation.

2. Cancellations

• Client-Initiated Cancellation:
  If you choose to cancel the project:

  • More than 15 days before the scheduled shoot/event: We may offer a partial refund (excluding advance) or reschedule subject to availability.

  • Less than 15 days before the scheduled date: No refund will be issued. However, we may consider rescheduling at our discretion.

• Raw Canvas-Initiated Cancellation:
  In the rare event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failure, unavoidable emergency), a full refund will be issued including any advance paid. We may also offer to reschedule as a priority.

3. Post-Production & Creative Work

Once post-production (editing, color grading, sound mixing, etc.) has begun, no refunds will be entertained. We do, however, allow a round of feedback and revisions within the agreed project scope.

4. Deliverables & Dissatisfaction

If you are unhappy with the final output, we encourage open communication. While refunds are not applicable once deliverables are shared, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions—within the original brief and project agreement.

5. Events & External Factors

For event coverage, no refunds are applicable if the event is canceled due to weather, political situations, or third-party decisions unless Raw Canvas Pictures was unable to attend or perform.
