DISCLAIMER : The information, services, content, and materials provided by Raw Canvas Pictures & Productions OPC Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) are for general informational and professional service purposes only. All content, including but not limited to images, videos, concepts, scripts, storyboards, and production-related materials, are the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Engagement with the Company does not establish any legal partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. All services are rendered under the terms outlined in our official agreement or contract. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the services for a particular purpose.

While we strive for accuracy and professionalism in all deliverables, the Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use any service or material, including delays or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names used in our portfolio or documentation are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for representational purposes only.

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your engagement with Raw Canvas Pictures & Productions OPC Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for any professional service including but not limited to brand films, photography, commercial photography, concerts, events, and documentaries.

By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

We offer end-to-end visual content services, including:

Brand Films
Photography (including Commercial & Lifestyle)
Concert and Event Coverage
Documentaries
Any additional services must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
A minimum of 50% advance is required to confirm any project.
The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion or within 7 days of final delivery, whichever is earlier.
Late payments beyond 15 days may attract a 2% per month interest charge.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the shoot date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 15 days of the shoot date will incur a 50% fee.
No refunds are applicable after project initiation, unless agreed upon in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access or permissions.
Delays caused by client inaction or miscommunication may impact project timelines and deliverables.

5. Revisions and Edits

One round of basic revisions is included in all projects unless specified otherwise.
Additional revisions or major changes beyond the scope will be billed separately.

6. Intellectual Property

Raw footage, working files, and project elements remain the sole property of Raw Canvas Pictures unless explicitly stated.
Final deliverables provided to the client are for the agreed usage only (e.g., web, broadcast, print).
Any third-party licensing (music, stock footage, etc.) will be charged extra and remains subject to the licensor’s terms.

7. Copyright & Usage

We reserve the right to use excerpts or behind-the-scenes content from any project for our portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Liability

We take utmost care in our work but are not liable for any delays, data loss, or failure caused by unforeseen technical or natural issues.
We are also not responsible for any third-party costs incurred due to project delays unless specified in writing.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared for the purpose of the project.
NDA can be signed separately if required.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

12. Agreement

By proceeding with a project or payment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
